We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.
Brain Tasks provides brain-training games, puzzles, trivia quizzes, and self-assessment tests for entertainment and self-improvement. All games, content, designs, and software in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
The IQ, personality, focus, memory, and other self-assessment tests in the Service are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Results are intended for self-reflection and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or assess any medical or mental health condition. Always consult a qualified professional with any questions regarding your health or well-being.
Some features require a paid subscription, which unlocks access to all games and tests and removes ads. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are managed according to Apple policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for misuse of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve any specific cognitive ability or outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Tasks is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on any test results or content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
