By downloading or using Car Style AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of photos and car images you upload but grant us a license to process and generate AI-based automotive design outputs for you. We do not claim ownership of your original content.
The AI-generated car designs are for inspirational and entertainment purposes only. They may not reflect actual feasibility, safety standards, or road regulations. We make no guarantees of accuracy or suitability for any specific use.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are managed according to Apple policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or misuse of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Style AI is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
