Prompts and Text Inputs: Descriptions, lyrics, themes, and text prompts you provide to generate AI songs.
Audio Files: Songs or short clips you upload for AI cover creation. These files are processed temporarily and deleted automatically unless you choose to save the generated result.
Generated Songs: AI-generated outputs you choose to save in playlists or favorites.
Voice Recordings for Custom Voice: If you choose to create a custom voice, you may record short voice samples. These recordings are processed to generate a personalized voice model for use within the app.
Usage Data: Device information, interactions, and analytics data for improving app performance.
Subscription and Transaction Data: Managed securely through the Apple App Store.
Optional Contact Data: Information you provide when contacting support.

AI Song, Cover & Voice Processing

Text prompts, uploaded audio files, and optional voice recordings are processed securely by AI models hosted on our backend infrastructure to generate music, covers, and custom voice outputs.

Voice recordings provided for custom voice creation are used solely to generate your personalized voice model within the app. We do not use your voice recordings to train or improve general AI models.

Uploaded audio files are stored temporarily for processing and deleted automatically after generation unless you choose to save the resulting output.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted cloud infrastructure and analytics providers to operate our services. AI processing is performed on secure server infrastructure. Third-party providers may process data solely for service functionality and performance analytics.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data Security

We use encryption, limited access controls, and secure servers to protect your data. Any uploaded audio or generated outputs are transmitted over secure connections.

Data Retention

We retain user-generated content and custom voice models only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services. Temporary audio files used for processing are automatically deleted after generation unless the user saves the resulting content on its own device.

MusiQ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
